This unique three-day event involves joint participation of an interdisciplinary group of scientists and researchers to address human health effects of climate change. The program includes a combination of didactic lectures and panel discussions focused on the health impacts of climate change-induced alterations in ambient temperature, air pollution, and chemical exposures. These sessions will discuss how issues related to health disparities and vulnerable populations and evaluate the effect of mitigation strategies to diminish the climate change associated health effects.
